这里有个有趣的数据,茶的咖啡因含量比咖啡要高些,或者说至少相当,也就是说一杯咖啡咖啡因约含180毫克。(国际卫生组织公布的日咖啡因摄取安全剂量我记得好像是300毫克)一壶茶需要茶叶大约也是15克以上,而且反复浸泡,估计其中的咖啡因的溶解率比咖啡还要高
